Summary0000711: HDMI port is too outstanding
DescriptionHDMI port is too out.
So we can see much metal part when we insert HDMI connector.
Please check attached photo.
SKB can concerning about it.

So could you move inward of HDMI Port, such as USB ?

Hi Philip,
We per our discussion last week, we have finished the HDMI side load test and the test result is pass.
Please see attached report in detail.
Below is the test condition. Please check it and let us know if there is any further questions. Thanks.

Insert proper cable to HDMI connector and push the cable in following conditions.
- Push force: 1 kg
- Pushing direction: Upper/Lower/Right/Left (4 directions)
- Number of time:
  Push 1 time for each direction (total 4 times) => 1 cycle
  Repeat 10 cycles
- Pushing method:
  Push the cable 1 second, keep pressing 1 second, and release 1 second
- Power on state
- Pushing position: 8 mm from connector end
